WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
We attempt to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but are unable to guarantee delivery within a specific time frame. The following times are an indication of average delivery times.
Malaysia: 3-7 business days
Rest of the world*: 4-10 business days
Your order may take significantly longer to arrive if you live in a remote or regional area.
There may be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES
Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
Singapore Customers – For orders exceeding SGD 400, you may be required to pay 9% GST upon delivery, as mandated by IRAS.
Customers from other countries – Import taxes or customs charges may be imposed by your country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
We do not collect GST/import taxes/customs charges—these will be handled by customs or the courier when your items are delivered. We have no control over these charges.
Tip – Buy only what you need. If you run out, just order again.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Post office boxes: Please note that we cannot deliver to a post office box address.
Receiving your order: Please note that you will have to sign for your order. If you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will provide a notification card advising you of the local Post Office from which you can collect your order. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Out of stock items: If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
Pre order items: Pre order items will be shipped once the item is in stock. All normal order and pre order items under the same transaction will be shipped together. Please make separate order if you wish to receive your normal order without the "pre order" items.
